NPOV?

edit

The Wayward Bus, by John Steinbeck, is one of Steinbeck's lesser novels, but its clear writing and solid character delineation testify that second-rank Steinbeck is still very good writing indeed. POV, anyone? --Kranak 10:06, 5 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

That is probably the worst introduction to any book description I've ever read. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Gracenumber3 (talkcontribs) 05:40, 22 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

I've NPOVed the first sentence a bit. Morganfitzp (talk) 05:38, 17 November 2008 (UTC)Reply
...but I just read more of the article. Oh man... Morganfitzp (talk) 05:42, 17 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

What?

"Any modern viewers who seek out this film, in hope of watching a bitchy confrontation between these two cult figures, will be disappointed." Wait, what? Am I seeing that wrong? --68.236.246.78 00:04, 30 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

I changed the NPV confrontation text as this is outside of typical Wikipedia style, ya? JaySeaAre 02:16, 31 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

I read that film section and wanted to just delete the whole thing.—Preceding unsigned comment added by Morganfitzp (talkcontribs) 05:42, 17 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

Anyone?

edit

Can anybody change this article? It's sad that Steinbeck has less accurate discussion than J.K. Rowling is afforded. I mean, seriously. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 68.37.134.182 (talkcontribs) 00:02, 24 February 2007.

Of course he does. This is Wikipedia, not a respectable online information source. Kade—Preceding undated comment added at 23:24, 11 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Amen, and can anyone add a better book cover? How about the original first? --64.236.245.243 14:29, 11 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:TheWaywardBus.jpg

edit

Image:TheWaywardBus.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page. If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. BetacommandBot (talk) 08:17, 21 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

– There are three entries listed upon The Wayward Bus (disambiguation) page, with no indication that The Wayward Bus (novel) is held in such high literary regard that it overwhelms the combined notability of The Wayward Bus (film) as well as The Wayward Bus (album). — Roman Spinner (talkcontribs) 07:12, 28 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
