Title
editApparently this article was moved from Theirs is the Glory to Theirs Is the Glory in 2007 as per WP:CAPS, but I don't see anything there that would apply to this example. The first version is correct, as per the name on the DVD cover for this film, so I've redirected it back to here. Ranger Steve (talk) 19:08, 13 October 2009 (UTC)

Theirs is the Glory → Theirs Is the Glory – "Theirs Is the Glory" is the IMDb title. --Bensin (talk) 16:34, 10 May 2011 (UTC)
- Support. Ridiculous as it may seem, a google news archive search shows that the "Is" is capitalised in the majority of reliable sources. So support per WP:COMMONNAME. Jenks24 (talk) 18:10, 10 May 2011 (UTC)
- As a note, we generally don't follow IMDb's naming conventions as IMDb is not considered a reliable source. Jenks24 (talk) 18:12, 10 May 2011 (UTC)
- Support- Filmmaker's provided memorial site also has 'Is', and although not independent, much better justification than IMDb. Dru of Id (talk) 19:10, 10 May 2011 (UTC)

Copyright status
editI have deleted the link to the illicit hosting of this British film on Internet Archive. Co-writer Terence Young did not die until 1994, so UK copyright subsists until the end of 2064. As a non-US film still under copyright in its country of origin on 1 January 1996, it is protected in the US for 95 years after publication, so to the end of 2049.
