editThis is certainly the same as Thelxion (son of Apis). Both are, in Biblioteche's version, sons of Apis who murdered Apis, and kings of Sicyon. The confusion comes from Biblioteche, because its order of events is oversimplified to give Argos precedence over Sicyon, and contradicts all the historians citing Castor (Pausanias, Jerome, Eusebius).
