Oppose, theoconservatism is a term for a much more specific viewpoint than the more general term "religious right." Jahaza (talk) 08:23, 4 August 2022 (UTC)

A "merger" discussion is not the appropriate forum for what you're proposing. You cannot "merge" an article into a redirect, you can only "merge" an article into another article. What you're suggesting here requires a page move discussion advertised to requested moves through the RM process, not a "merger" nomination. I've already submitted a procedural RM request at Talk:Theoconservatism, but this cannot proceed as a "merger" discussion because "merging" is not what's actually on the table.
