editAll of the information I have seen states that Theodo II was in fact the son of Fara. Am I confusing the Theodo II in this article with one of the other Theodos from previous generations? Shapu 19:09, 31 August 2006 (UTC)
There is no reliable information about who the father of Theodo was. We have only certain knowledge of two Theodos:
- The son of Tassilo III
- The Theodo described in this article, who sometimes is split into Theodo I and Theodo II, though there's no actual evidence for this.
Fara is a male name
editThe information about Theodo's mother must be wrong, because Fara in Old Bavaria was a male name (see corresponding article in German Wikipedia, as well as other sources). Fara the Agilolfing was probably a brother or uncle of Theodo. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 151.42.166.31 (talk) 14:11, 10 July 2015 (UTC)
