editThermal physics is identical to Thermal science, with the exception of a citation. If the two terms really mean the same thing, there should probably be a single page, and a redirect between them. The reason I didn't do this myself was because of these citations, and because I don't have any idea which page should merely be a redirect. Is one term used more often than the other? Did this characterization (as an umbrella term) come from one or the other citation? Did both books use this characterization? Are the citations at all relevant to the material? -- Flarelocke 21:14, 17 June 2006 (UTC)
- My friend, these stubs were started from the following discussion: Talk:Thermodynamic Dec. '05. These are related but different categories. Amazon shows 300+ books on Thermal Physics and 1400+ books on Thermal Science. I personally own 3 thermal physics textbooks and 2 thermal science textbooks. Based on the above statements you seem to know little about either of these topics. I will add to the article and then remove the merge. Thank you:--Sadi Carnot 21:50, 19 June 2006 (UTC) Wowy, wow, wow. Again! Ema--or (talk) 22:20, 20 February 2021 (UTC)
