Would this Wikipedia page be the appropriate place to start a list of all known Thermopolia? There are some famous examples listed here, but why do those get a listing and not others. It would make most sense to start with Pompeii, Herculaneum and Ostia because of preservation and easy of identification but does it make sense to move beyond them?
