- That is utter nonsense. 1) show that the crew knew what that bomb would do ("THAT many and...horrible manner"), 2) show that Ferebee bought into it (and was agreeable, and based on the knowledge of what would happen = your a criminal), 3) Show how that ties/compares to SS activities (some sort of "final solution" ie. as in the Jews) and 4) why he must express remorse (commiting suicide, thereby indicates 'humanity')....?
- He was the bombadier, not the Captain. Or any other authority figure. And, please, don't say he's the same as a soldier personally abusing POW or concentration camp inmates with a whip...Engr105th (talk) 07:49, 6 December 2007 (UTC)
Person who actually released the bomb?
editThe article doesn't make clear; is he the person who actually released the bomb? 92.20.53.184 (talk) 20:00, 10 April 2012 (UTC)
Vietnam service
editAlthough Ferebee served during the Vietnam War era, no reliable sources found as of yet state that he actually served in Vietnam during the war. Accordingly, Category:American military personnel of the Vietnam War was removed from the article. Semper Fi! FieldMarine (talk) 11:05, 21 June 2018 (UTC)
