Standard of original trial
editAccording to "Little help, no protest for Victorian jailed in Fiji", the original trial and sentence done within 48 hours, and he had no legal representation. Should this be noted in the article? Andjam 00:15, 21 June 2006 (UTC)
- I think it might be useful to note. The Fijian Human Rights people were not impressed at the charges. I think those charges had not been used for many years either. There is of course expansion possible as to how the matter came to light - report of theft, ... However, I think the article would do better to focus on the issues and not the narrative of these particular circumstances. My two cents only.--A Y Arktos\talk 01:27, 21 June 2006 (UTC)
