editOK, I did the merge, since there were obviously two articles about the same guy. I don't have any strong feelings about the spelling, so if anyone thinks a different variant should be used, go for it.
I am not sure about "was appointed royal antiquary of Iceland". Shouldn't that be "antiquarian"?
Also, if he went to school in Copenhagen, surely he didn't live his whole life in Kopervik? Lisamh 17:21, 24 September 2006 (UTC)
