Pippin and Thunderbolt: One ride or two?

edit

This article claims that Pippin was redesigned into the Thunderbolt. The article The Pippin (Kennywood) claims that most of it was torn down, and the Thunderbold was a new ride. This has obvious implications for the future of the articles - one article or two? Info, anyone? --Alvestrand 21:45, 19 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

  • Thus the Thunderbolt incorporated elements of The Pippin, it seems to be a continuation of it... and the two articles should be merged. It would definitely be a plus to have a strong history section for such a noteworthy coaster. Plus there is already precedent: Phantom's Revenge and Steel Phantom are the same article, and the former is the continuation of the latter. 147.70.242.40 01:03, 14 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
