The widely-recognized official English name should be included in the article. And also before the page is moved, Wikipedia:Official names says Where an undisputed official name exists: It should always be provided early in an article's introduction, bolded at its first mention and, where appropriate, italicized. -- Tim Wu (talk) 02:14, 9 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

The proposed title also corresponds to its official Chinese name. Chinese and English are different languages with different word order; English translations don't necessarily use the same word order as the Chinese original, and vice versa. —Mx. Support. The proposed title is what's used on the institute's website[1]. Most of the reliable sources I can find seem to call it "Georgia Tech Shenzhen Institute"[2][3], which might also be a reasonable title for the article. I haven't seen any sources using the current title. —Mx. Granger (talk·contribs) 18:45, 15 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
Note to closer: Cfls is the one who made the undiscussed moves that TimWu007 is asking to revert; please see below table. Therefore, the onus is on Cfls to provide a strong reason for the contested move to be upheld, which I have not seen so far. Rotideypoc41352 (talk·contribs) 20:39, 19 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
