Rename
editThis article was established in 2007 as "tiered service". I checked its early state and spot checked some versions over the years to now. It seems that this article has only been used to describe "tiered Internet service".
Lots of subscription services could be tiered, and there could be a Wikipedia article on "tiered services" in general, but to clarify I am renaming this article to "tiered Internet service". There is a one-sentence stub article called "tiered Internet". I am making that article a redirect to this one, because this is the developed article covering that same topic.
