Tim Tebow now is apart of the Binghamton Rumble Ponies, not the Syracuse Mets. Source: https://www.milb.com/binghamton/roster NicholasBocchino (talk) 05:28, 10 October 2020 (UTC)

Jacksonville (Semi-Protected Edit request May 11 2021)

I don't know if this is a reliable source but it says that the Jaguars are to sign Tebow to a one year deal as a tight end.[1] — Preceding unsigned comment added by Idk hyper (talkcontribs)

CBS is indeed a reliable source, but how we handle sports transactions is to not update player articles until confirmed by the league's transaction wire or the team (i.e., a formal statement from the Jaguars). There is always a possibility that the Jags or Tebow renege on a deal at the last minute, so it's best to wait until it is officially official. ZappaMatic 20:35, 12 May 2021 (UTC)

Dr. Tim Tebow

A Dr. prefix, or at least mention of his Doctorate, should be added to Tebow's name.

At Liberty University's 48th Commencement (May 15, 2021), LU acting Pres. Prevo awarded Tebow with a doctorate of humanities, due to his charity work.

See this news article: Jamey Cross (May 15, 2021) The News and Advance, "Watch Now: Liberty University celebrates 48th commencement with in-person, virtual ceremonies" https://newsadvance.com/news/local/watch-now-liberty-university-celebrates-48th-commencement-with-in-person-virtual-ceremonies/article_d249ce9a-b4f1-11eb-87b8-135a00736cba.html Eusebius1517 (talk) 01:36, 16 May 2021 (UTC)

Eusebius1517, see MOS:DOCTOR, which says explicitly that we don't do what you're suggesting, unless his WP:COMMONNAME included the term. A mention of the honorary degree in the body is of course appropriate. – Muboshgu (talk) 01:41, 16 May 2021 (UTC)

Under "NFL career statistics/Broncos franchise records" please delete from the Sacked bullet: "game (7 on 2011-10-30 DET)". On Oct 17, 2019, Joe Flacco was sacked 8 times by the Kansas City Chiefs. Here is my source: [1] Domino Fibonacci (talk) 22:19, 25 May 2021 (UTC)

I've removed the entire section. Checking this Pro Football Reference page and clicking on each record, searching for DEN players, only the yards per pass attempt in a single playoff game franchise record is actually true, but that seems like an over-specific record to include, and is borderline WP:FANCRUFT.  Ganbaruby! (talk) 05:47, 29 May 2021 (UTC)

Duplication in reference 249 for article "Tim Tebow" -- should be removed.

In the reference #249 for the article "Tim Tebow", the identical text occurs twice in succession. This looks like someone pasted the reference, then accidentally pasted it again. The "edit" option is not appearing on my page, so I'll leave it to someone else to make this correction. Thanks!

Please change The Tim Tebow Foundation includes Night to Shine, an event geared to providing those with special needs a safe space to have a prom.[255] to

The Tim Tebow Foundation celebrates people with special needs by hosting Night to Shine. In 2014, the Tim Tebow Foundation launched Night to Shine to provide an unforgettable prom experience for people with special needs, ages 14 and older. This prom, hosted by churches worldwide, takes place around Valentine’s Day. In 2015, the first Night to Shine honored 7,000 guests with the help of 15,000 volunteers. This event took place in 44 churches, 26 states, and three countries. In February 2020, Night to Shine honored 110,000 guests with help from 215,000 volunteers. This event took place in 721 churches, 50 states, and 34 countries. In 2021 and 2022, due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, Night to Shine was partially virtual. Guests attended an in-person Shine-Thru Parade where they drove down the red carpet, picked up their guest bags, and got their pictures taken without ever leaving their car. These guests then went home and celebrated a virtual prom hosted by Tim and Demi Tebow. This event included dancing, karaoke, and inspiring messages from celebrities. Guest were all crowned kings and queens of the prom.

Night to Shine is special to Tim Tebow as it was where he first met his wife, Demi. She had a sister with special needs, and they both attended Night to Shine in South Africa. Whether you are in a large city of the United States or a small rural town in Africa, Night to Shine is an event centered on God’s love for people with special needs.
