editI just started this (Feb 18, '06) as an adjunct to the Music of Italy article. It links from the music box in the upper right of that article. It says Timeline of Trends, though I am putting in specific dates of things. No doubt, I am overwriting this, but it's easy to delete. It is difficult to pin down trends by date: i.e. "Classical music started on Feb. 16, 1725." --although it is possible to say things such as "The age of Baroque music considered to come to an end with the death of J.S. Bach." Please add things. If you can think of a better format, that's fine, too. Jeffmatt 17:07, 18 February 2006 (UTC)
- I'm trying to link the names of various opera to relevant items in Wikipedia. I'm having a few problems with disambiguation of William Tell, MacBeth, Norma--i.e. the links show the parenthetical "opera" instead of just the name. Help me out and win a Volvo! Jeffmatt 09:06, 21 June 2006 (UTC)
edit the last line, no "amichiano donnabella " exists. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 93.149.135.214 (talk) 18:08, 27 August 2008 (UTC)
