A fact from Times Square Theater appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 21 May 2022 (check views). The text of the entry was as follows:
Did you know... that the Times Square Theater(pictured), proposed for redevelopment since 1990, remained empty three decades later?
The only source that really matters is the theater's owners, as it's their property to name. As such, the -er spelling is used at the New 42nd Street organization's site, so it should be used throughout. oknazevad (talk) 01:45, 14 November 2013 (UTC)Reply
Thanks. I agree with the result, but as to how to get there seewp:commonname. Specifically: "Wikipedia does not necessarily use the subject's "official" name as an article title; it prefers to use the name that is most frequently used to refer to the subject in English-language reliable sources."
