False Information
editThere is a lot of false information, He lives in Paramount not Long Beach, and other is just Trivia, why does it matter to this article that he's worked with D-Pryde and Lil Crazed? there's also a lot of Grammar mistakes someone put parodys instead of Parodies. can someone fix it? I'd do it myself but I don't want to make things worse! thanks! Souper Chiva (talk) 00:52, 25 February 2011 (UTC)
I went ahead an cleaned up the page.Souper Chiva (talk) 01:44, 25 February 2011 (UTC)
- People keep adding false information without adding any sources. I went ahead and cleaned it up a bit. Souper Chiva (talk) 22:34, 7 July 2011 (UTC)

Why is this article up for Deletion?
editI see no contentious or libellous material? I mean, I could understand if his article contained his outspoken distrust for the showbiz, or belief in the illuminati and freemasons (all of which are only quotes as he has done no published material on the subjects), but the article itself only shows what is known about him, and what is verifiable online. He's a very important meme, and I don't believe it should be considered for deletion, but rather expanded to be more biographical as more information becomes reference.Joshua Torelli (talk) 17:09, 16 March 2011 (UTC)
- I Agree 100%, Souper Chiva (talk) 18:30, 19 April 2011 (UTC)
- It's okay, someone nominated it for deletion, but a vote was cast and they decided to keep the page. :) TomUSA 16:24, 11 July 2011 (UTC)
Official Stage Name
editWas it determined or voted that his main stage name/article title should be Traphik? I know he uses both Traphik and Timothy DeLaGhetto, but he hardly seems to use Trpahik much anymore, except for his Facebook and twitter address. Should we change his man name to just Timothy DeLaGhetto and keep Traphik in the also known as section and first paragraph? Banan14kab (talk) 18:24, 12 June 2014 (UTC)
- Hi, Banan14kab. A quick Google search results in 827,000 hits for "Traphik" (in quotes) and 283,000 hits for "Timothy DeLaGhetto" (in quotes). It would seem that per WP:COMMONNAME, we should use the more common name, i.e. Traphik. On the other hand, when a company rebrands itself, we can change the article to reflect the new brand, if properly sourced. If there is some official statement from Chantarangsu that indicates he's dropped the name Traphik in favor of Timothy DeLaGhetto, then I would argue it's reasonable to move the article to the new name. DeLaGhetto Edited this Page
editNot sure if anyone cares but DeLaGhetto himself was behind this edit. He made as part of an FBE episode which seems to encourage vandalism/trollish behavior on Wikipedia/FANDOM (even though his edit was not very trollish, other editors in the video-- namely Smosh-- made more trollish edits to FANDOM because they were unable to bypass the protection on their Wikipedia page).
Might wanna keep a close eye on the IP. Just because it's the celebs vandalizing their own pages doesn't make it okay.

Agreed. We came down pretty hard on several interesting folks editing Wikipedia to paint themselves in a more flattering light. This was mostly a joke but that doesn't excuse it. RoboJesus3 (talk) 05:30, 24 May 2019 (UTC)
Rename the article?
editHi, Chantarangsu no longer goes by Timothy DeLaGhetto. So should the name of the article be changed? DeLaGhetto still appears to be more searched than his full name but it feels archaic to continue as the main name? 2601:192:4180:670:1101:6800:E8AF:18AF (talk) 23:46, 19 May 2024 (UTC)
- I support this. Travis H. O. (talk) 14:36, 25 July 2024 (UTC)
