He also designed the Senator Theater in Chico, CA (~180 miles north of SF). I may be biased (I used to live in Chico) but I think it's a beautiful building and was wondering what others thought about including it here as an example of his work. I'm sure a Free image could easily be found on Flickr. BrianAshe (talk) 19:39, 30 October 2008 (UTC)Reply
- Heh heh... I took a series of photos of that theater myself earlier this year when I passed through Chico on Labor Day. The building is looking very good, even though it's now hosting boisterous live shows instead of movies. When I get more time, I'll expand this article and include more of Pflueger's works and personal biography, and I'll choose a Senator photo that's appropriate. - Got the photo up in a gallery. Binksternet (talk) 08:54, 2 November 2008 (UTC)Reply
- Nice work (though I'm a big fan of the marquee myself. :-) ) Thanks! BrianAshe (talk) 22:44, 5 November 2008 (UTC)Reply
- Got one or two shots of the marquee, too. I didn't spend too much time in Chico during my weekend roadtrip, but here are my shots. And here are other people's snaps of the Senator. I guess the Senator could use its own article where there would be more room for photos. Binksternet (talk) 23:30, 5 November 2008 (UTC)Reply
