Comments:

1. Given the topic, the lead could be a little longer.
2. There are large areas of uncited information, including whole sections, in the article.
3. Some of the article sections are very short and should be consolidated with other sections.

As these seem to be major issues, I will have to fail the article. Once additional references are added and the structure is improved, the article may be renominated. ---Dough4872 02:24, 27 December 2009 (UTC)
