Plaigarized from the linked review. for comparison:
"Titus, wandering the nameless city, finds himself doggedly pursued by two mysterious helmeted figures and a shadowy "policeman" who is tracking him with nearly Javert-like tenacity for simple vagrancy. Befriending (in a manner of speaking) a local zookeeper and his former lover — and establishing a brief tryst with the latter — Titus nevertheless finds himself more lost than ever, lacking any real sense of identity or direction."
Themes and motifs-technology
editI've just finished reading this and one of the themes to me seems a horror of modern science and technology. Cheetas father is the Scientist, he and his Scientists kill Muzzlehatches menagerie, his factory, though we never know what it actually does, seems horrific. Peake seems to loathe technology and modern science, could this be reflected in the themes and motifs section by a better author than I? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.47.164.90 (talk) 21:48, 27 July 2010 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Talone50.jpg
editImage:Talone50.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

U.S. English
editArticle uses U.S. spelling (moldy &c.), whereas subject is novel by Englishman. Such inconcinnity seems inelegant. 86.177.178.20 (talk) 15:10, 7 August 2011 (UTC)
Critical reception
edit"Critical reception has been more mixed since the complete novel was published." More mixed than what? Was it well-received before, or badly-received? 2A00:23C8:8F9F:4801:B876:B09E:B3F7:3D1E (talk) 19:53, 16 November 2022 (UTC)
Cheeta and the Factory
edit"Muzzlehatch is then killed by the helmeteers (see below), who are in turn killed by Anchor and the trio from the Under-River (also see below). Muzzlehatch decides it is not worth killing Cheeta's father, and he and his daughter flee."
Muzzlehatch decided not to kill Cheeta's father after he (Muzzlehatch) is dead?
