tm3 vs tm3

It should be added that tm3 that was founded in the 1990s and tm3 from 2019 has nothing in common, besides the name. The new tm3 was made without permission of ProSieben Sat.1 who owns the rights to 9Live and the original tm3. And the concept was different.
