GA review (see here for what the criteria are, and here for what they are not)

This article is very well written, the information is extensive yet focused, and it provides all the appropriate references to support the claims. Congrats to the writer, you did a great job writing about a great album.

  1. It is reasonably well written.

  2. It is factually accurate and verifiable, as shown by a source spot-check.
a (reference section):   b (inline citations to reliable sources):   c (OR):   d (copyvio and plagiarism):
Everything in the article is properly backed up by reliable sources. In many instances, there are multiple sources for any given claim, and they don't contradict each other. I'll give a spot-check sample of sources down below.
  3. It is broad in its coverage.
    a (major aspects):   b (focused):
  4. It follows the neutral point of view policy.
    Fair representation without bias:
  5. It is stable.
    No edit wars, etc.:
  6. It is illustrated by images and other media, where possible and appropriate.
a (images are tagged and non-free content have non-free use rationales):   b (appropriate use with suitable captions):
A relevant clip from one of the songs of the album is used to discuss some verses mentioned in one of the sources.
  7. Overall:
    Pass/Fail:

Here's a more detailed breakdown of a sample of the sources used:

Sleep like a pillow's interview has most of the info known about Parannoul, supporting many claims such as they being unknown in real life and the specific references/inspirations from the Lily Chou-chou movie.

From the Parannoul interview on Sonemic you can know a bit more about the artist. There, you can check many of the claims in the Composition section, like how they recorded the album with a Samsung Galaxy S5, the inspiration for sampling from Bulssazo and the distortion of drums from nouns, and how it was envisioned as a concept album and the interpretation of its story and ending, among other things.

Stereogum's "Stream Parannoul’s Bedroom Shoegaze Blast To See The Next Part Of The Dream" has the Bandcamp message of the album. It also mentions the "depression, personal struggle, and rock star dreams" that led to Parannoul making the album.

From Woove's "An Interview with Longinus Records" you can check the fact that the label had its origins in their physical release of To See The Next Part of The Dream

Woove's "A Conversation With: 파란노을 (Parannoul)" mentions the popularity of the album on Rate Your Music, which you can check in the 2021 chart of the site, with the record sitting at #11 for that year. Newsis' article mentions it too, together with the popularity on YouTube. IZM article mentions the popularity on Reddit.

I checked every other single claim, and found no issues.
