Tokyo Prefecture → Tokyo Prefecture (1868–1943) – The current title gives the impression that this is the only time Tokyo has had prefecture status. Which is incorrect, since it retains prefecture status even in the modern day. As far as I can tell from existing WP content, the 1943 dissolution seems to have been just a reorganization, and a prefecture named "Tokyo" existed afterwards too. So the title should reflect that.
