After speaking to the closing admin on the AFD, Courcelles, on that user's talk page[1], I have restored and userfied this page to work on it. Work will commence in a few hours if possible, or otherwise next week. BOZ (talk) 19:47, 1 November 2013 (UTC)Reply
I have moved the page back into mainspace. The article is wholly different from the state it was in when it was nominated for AFD.[2] Another user tried to restore it,[3] but while that version had fewer problems, it was also unsourced and so it was speedily deleted. I built a new version on top of that second version[4] using a solid source for info, and found a little more to add to it, so hopefully it is acceptable now and shows potential for improvement.
