Suggested replacement text for the blanked and tagged copyvio section

edit

Here is my suggested replacement text to replace the entire content of the section on The Orientalist: The Orientalist: Solving the Mystery of a Strange and Dangerous Life. It can be fleshed out and added to later, but for now I think we just need to get rid of the copyvio tag and replace it with a short summary like that. OK, this has been done by an admin now. Softlavender (talk) 05:40, 16 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

It is not a fringe theory that Essad Bey is not the core author of Ali and Nino. Furthermore, this article quotes a number of articles reviewing Reiss's Orientalist and they simply quote his conclusions that Essad Bey as Kurban Said wrote Ali and Nino. These articles such as Guardian etc are not presenting anything new, but simply repeating what Reiss says. So reference from Reiss's book Orientalist should be quoted - not the numerous articles that are simply regurgitating his material. They are merely summarizing his findings, not offering their own. You've been warned several times not to edit on any articles concerning Nussimbaum, Bey, Said, Ali and Nino, Azerbaijain International, and associated articles, because of your conflict of interest. If you continue to do so, you will likely end up topic banned and/or blocked. Softlavender (talk) 01:40, 17 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

Please note that User:Gizgalasi is a WP:COI editor [1], Wikipedia:Conflict of interest/Noticeboard/Archive_54#Ali_and_Nino:_A_Love_Story, who writes for Azerbaijan International, who has been warned several times on his Talk page not to edit on articles regarding or associated with Ali and Nino: A Love Story, Lev Nussimbaum, or Kurban Said. Nor should he be editing on Azerbaijan International. Please help keep the articles free of this COI editing, or feel free to take the matter up with ANI for further action if required. Thanks.
