- What makes "nifootball.blogspot.com" a reliable source? It seems pretty dubious, since the page is self-published by "jcd", and so little information can be found on jcd's user profile that I'm not seeing any way in which jcd could be shown to be a subject-matter expert
- The NIFG has generally been considered a reliable source over the years, see a few 1, 2, 3 discussions that have ascertained this. Kosack (talk) 08:01, 22 November 2020 (UTC)
- Looks okay for GA, then, based on those discussions, although I'd personally be a bit reluctant to try to take that source past the GA level. Hog Farm Bacon 05:09, 23 November 2020 (UTC)

- What is an Intermediate League XI and a Yorkshire League XI
- Similar to the Irish League representative team for example, a team selected as the best players in the league. The two sides in question don't have links unfortunately, I've added a link for First XI to the first usage to try and make that clearer. Kosack (talk) 08:01, 22 November 2020 (UTC)
- "However, Watson instead joined Linfield along with Sloan" - Was this a transfer?
- Yes. Reworded to hopefully make that clearer. Kosack (talk) 08:01, 22 November 2020 (UTC)
- The lead specifies the injury that ended his Cardiff tenure as a cartilage one, but this isn't specified in the body
- Fixed. Kosack (talk) 08:01, 22 November 2020 (UTC)
- When did his manager tenure end?
- Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a definitive source for this. I've tracked mentions of him in the role until 1937, but nothing to confirm if that was when he departed. Kosack (talk) 08:01, 22 November 2020 (UTC)
- "Watson married his partner Daisy and the couple had four children" - When did the marriage occur?
- I haven't been able to find confirmation of that. Kosack (talk) 08:01, 22 November 2020 (UTC)
- Is cause of death known?
- I've managed to find a source staying where he died, but no confirmation of how. Although the tone of the article would suggest old age or its related effects. Kosack (talk) 08:01, 22 November 2020 (UTC)
Okay, so I think that's all I found. Once these get addressed, I'll take another look. Hog Farm Bacon 00:56, 22 November 2020 (UTC)
- @Hog Farm: Thanks for the review, I've addressed all of the points above the best I can. Let me know what you think. Kosack (talk) 08:01, 22 November 2020 (UTC)
- Meets the GA criteria. Passing. Hog Farm Bacon 05:09, 23 November 2020 (UTC)
