Translators

edit

Is it noteworthy to mention translators/translations of Salamun's poetry? For instance, Thomas Kane, who has an MFA in poetry and has published some of his own poems has also published translations of Salamun's poetry. Is this something that should be included or something that should be avoided? 161.130.162.249 (talk) 02:35, 27 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Of course it's worthy of inclusion. Not that many Slovenian authors get independent translations of their works which it why it should be noted. --Yerpo (talk) 14:11, 28 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Perfect tense

edit

In § Poetry collections translated in English, a subtle point of grammar easy for non-native English speakers to miss: With his death, the perfect tense is no longer appropriate for him, as he won't be "having (any more) writings published"; but his writings can continue to be published.
