Halleygator removed dubious statements in sources that Curtis was 79–3 and won two state titles in high school.[1] This is confirmed in FHSAA record book which does not show any titles—let alone tournament wins—by Leon during his career. This says his record as a senior was 14–10, and here that his career HS record was 40–26. This also contradicts another source saying he hasn't lost in HS since he was 14.
