has a strange footnote immediately following:
Worsley, somewhere near the beginning!
Apparently it refers to Giles Worsley's book, England's Lost Houses, but a more precise reference is needed if this is intended to indicate a reference to a book.Cloptonson (talk) 06:46, 29 July 2021 (UTC)Reply
I have added a citation to Robert Jefferey's book on Tong already used elsewhere on this page, one which is also used in the wiki article on the 20th century destruction of English country houses, as a better source.Cloptonson (talk) 07:52, 12 March 2022 (UTC)Reply
