Tony Armstrong
editWould love to know details of who his mother is. He looks like my Uncle who regularly spent time in the company of a Victorian woman (and I remember meeting her when I was about 8 years old). My Mothers Maiden name was Armstrong and one of her younger Brother's was working near the Victorian Border in the 1960's.
