editI'm having trouble confirming the timeframe, but I think the strip switched to the Voice in 2003 (not in "1999 or 2000," when Russ Smith still owned the Press). I verified edits both in wikitext and by opening the dead links and archived links for both changes: the two dead links only open 404 errors and the Wayback Machine archives open two interesting interviews.
