What, no article on the tv show? 2 years, prime time, all 3 stars not typical for that time (2 black women, 1 puerto rican man)? major show.(mercurywoodrose)99.31.166.251 (talk) 15:00, 3 April 2013 (UTC)Reply
Gee, thanks, guys: At least someone cares enough aboutt the group to protest that an entire article needs to be written about this storied group, who was founded in New York City. The story of why the group's variety show was canceled is something of a sad controversey in itself, as it could have gone on for a couple more years, or more, as the rating were more than sustainable to keep them in the prime-time family hour; again, a great shame! If memory serves here, I think that one legitimate, general criticisim can be made that the producers didn't have a diverse geust-starring line-up to broaden the skits; together, Tonly, Linda, and Telma seemed tailor-made for "Broadway" theather as much for "feel-good" prime-time. This "sentiment" is now forever lost to TV viewers/ Oh, and for the record, it doesn't matter that Mr. Orlando is a "Greek"-"Puertoriqueno" "mutt": Greeks are as much historically "latinos", since they were part of the ancient Greco-Roman culture, and hegemony!!! --184.248.0.155 (talk) 01:14, 2 February 2016 (UTC)VeryverserReply
