The original script for this episode called for Jameson to regress into a small child at the very end, where he finally dies. However, in the TV show, Jameson had three main stages of aging; that of an 80 year old man, then about mid 40s, then into his twenties. Cyberia23 08:48, 12 Mar 2005 (UTC)

Wheelchair?

did anyone think the wheelchair that guy in this episode zipped around in was a bit too big and cumbersome for the 24th century?--Frenkmelk 17:05, 2 September 2006 (UTC)

I'm sure, if humanity survives to see the 24th century, the wheelchair will have become a thing of the past. Even now, medical science is developing a way for paralyzed to move limbs through electronic implants wired to their brains and bypassing in damaged nerves. Still it is primitive, but I'm sure by the 24th Century it will be perfected. However, in Jameson's case, and in people who have degenerative conditions where the muscles turn to jelly, some kind of support chair will still be needed. Perhaps the limbs could be replaced by fully cybernetic ones, but that may be up to the patient's choice or perhaps their budget if they have to pay for the expensive replacements. • Trek Today is part of TrekNation, which is a long-standing website owned by UGO Networks and the Hearst Corporation. It had been previously used in the successful FA nomination of These Are the Voyages..., which included articles by Michelle Green (the reviewer here). The "A" in "Too Short A Season" should be capitalized. As shown in the episode's own title card

This of course breaks English title casing conventions, but officially the "A" in the title should be capitalized. You can see this in the episode's the title card here where the "A" is clearly capitalized. IMDB also gets it right and makes the "A" capitalized. And as of recently so does Memory Alpha. And if Memory Alpha made this change you know it's gotta be correct. Thoughts? I'm not sure on the renaming procedure and figured this is a good place to start.
