August 21
editAn F3 tornado killed 6 and injured 56 in Neoga, Illinois. I've got some sourced material mentioning this http://www.tornadohistoryproject.com/tornado/19770821.17.30 and you can see this on the map. I'm going to make this change and add this to the article, but because I don't have a user account, I'll just say, if anyone wants to revert my edit, feel free.--73.135.139.61 (talk) 19:19, 25 January 2016 (UTC)
I don't know how reliable the source I've given is or if the F3 Neoga, Illinois tornado on August 21 is notable enough to be included here. As I mentioned before, I don't have a user account so I would like for someone else to confirm whether this is a reliable source and a notable enough event to be included here.--73.135.139.61 (talk) 20:04, 25 January 2016 (UTC)
Number of fatalities in the United States
editThe infobox said 28 fatalities, but that's not possible because the April 1977 Birmingham tornado killed 22 people, with an additional fatality in Lindale, Georgia from a separate tornado. I just changed it to what the source says, which is 43 fatalities.--67.162.231.34 (talk) 23:46, 15 August 2016 (UTC)
