Uniform

edit

I think some information should be included about the history of the uniform and changes to it. I.e. how were the white/green/black (formerly white/green/grey) and white/red colours were chosen. Also, information regarding changes. From the 1960s-???? it was quite formal including button up shirts and blazers, white/green/grey. Later it became less formal including casual pants, polo shirts, and windsheaters maintaining the white/green/grey scheme. In the late 1990's and early 2000's it became more formal again, the school skirt changed, summer dress changed, dress pants, and blazers reintroduced (for school captains?). Later in the 2000's I believe the school dress changed yet again, a new rugby top was introduced, and the colour scheme changed to white/green/black.

Photos of uniform items and school grounds would also be fantastic. 203.45.56.70 (talk) 05:52, 28 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Student Paper

edit

Would it be appropriate to add a section on the Student Paper? As editor I'd be happy to do it myself (I think I'm the only person who actually understands the release date formatting, I must improve that in future issues!). —Preceding unsigned comment added by Kuliwil (talkcontribs) 02:31, 10 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

Not unless there is something special about the school's classrooms, making it of interest to the public at large. It is common, but mistaken, for someone involved in an organisation, such an employee of a business, or a pupil at a school, to think that lots of details of interest only to someone inside the organisation are worth inclusion in a general article for general encyclopaedia readers.
