My reasoning: Train Jam is now a fairly famous event, hosting 300+ game developers per year on an amtrack train from Chicago to SF. Various large companies have sponsored the event and many articles have been written (some of which are quoted in the article). As well, the games created are shown at the Game Developer Conference-- the largest conference of it's kind.
