Classification

edit

The two existing reference links are dead links. The Southwestern Center for Herpetological Research categorizes this lizard as Aspidoscelis inornata heptagrammus. I also checked the Reptile Database, and was unable to find any such classification. Not being that well-versed in lizard scientific classifications, thought someone with more knowledge might check this out. Onel5969 TT me 16:10, 13 July 2015 (UTC)Reply

So, looking at this site ( http://reptile-database.reptarium.cz/species?genus=Aspidoscelis&species=inornata ), it seems like Reeder's 2002 move of this animal to Aspidoscelis has been uncontroversial and widely accepted, with only one post-2002 use of Cnemidophorus, and that's a foreign-language, non-peer-review commercial magazine. I strongly suggest we move the page (and any others subject to Reeder's revision) to Aspidoscelis. HCA (talk) 17:19, 13 July 2015 (UTC)Reply
