This article, as currently constructed, gives undue weight to the highways of the state and minimal coverage to the other modes of transportation. I would suggest that most of the highway content be spun off into a separate article, Arkansas Highway System similar to Michigan Highway System. Leave a good paragraph or two behind here in summary though. Even in the highway content here, there's a bit of overemphasis of the US Highways and Interstates at the expense of the rest of the state highway system. Just some suggestions for improvement.
