I see your point about my edit. I'm not a horse expert, I just went with the the hatnote at the top, which calls Traveler a Quarter Horse, and Quarter Horse redirects to American Quarter Horse. Maybe the hatnote should be fixed. In any case, I don't think any article should begin "Mystery surrounds..."
How about "Traveler (died 1912) was a foundation sire. Mystery surrounds him..." Of course, if even that isn't right, it could just begin "... was a horse.", but obviously that's a bit silly. ± Lenoxus (" *** ") 23:52, 8 July 2014 (UTC)
