This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because everything used in it was published by Fat Possum Records. This is material we have written for the FP website (http://www.fatpossum.com/artists/youth-lagoon).

This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because no copyright-holding party has asserted its copyright over this page yet. Also, the artist is fairly popular for that this could not be a self-advertisement or something of that sort. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 117.193.0.244 (talk) 01:07, 6 May 2013 (UTC)Reply

Moving page to "Trevor Powers"

edit

Considering Youth Lagoon is over and Trevor is moving onto a new musical/artistic project, it seems fitting that we move this page to Trevor Powers so, in the future, we can include Youth Lagoon and his future works on one page under his name. ThePianoDrop (talk) 06:11, 8 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

Yes, ThePianoDrop, agreed, but wait until his current tour is over - he played Dublin under the Youth Lagoon name just this weekend. BastunĖġáḍβáś₮ŭŃ! 11:03, 8 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

Since Trevor Powers has formally ended Youth Lagoon and is performing under his birth name, I think Youth Lagoon should be moved into the Trevor Powers page as a section to make sure it is clear this is a past project. Do other editors agree, and can we start this process? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Posthocinfo (talkcontribs) 18:23, 5 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

Moving Youth Lagoon to Trevor Powers

edit

Hello, I think it is important to reopen the discussion of migrating the Youth Lagoon page to be a section under the Trevor Powers page. Now that he has formally retired the Youth Lagoon project and is only performing/producing under his birth name, it should be clear that Youth Lagoon was only a project, and not the overall body of his work. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Posthocinfo (talkcontribs) 17:59, 8 June 2018 (UTC)Reply
