I've taken out a couple of peacockeries - "turbulent part of the Juan de Fuca Strait", which is an odd construction anyway, and the "unique" qualifier on the stand of Garry oaks. Such writing is too-typical of ecological promotion as well as thesis-writing and should be attacked with a weed-whacker for the puffery that it is (also un-scientific in tone).Skookum1 (talk) 12:07, 9 April 2009 (UTC)Reply
