The exact date of the tribute is important, given here and in the cited(?) translation as "All Saints Day" [1st November]. This tallies with a 1735 publication giving the Latin text: "quolibet anno in die festi omnium Sanctorum", available on-line. However, most (4 out of 6 or 7, I think) of the other Wikipedia entries give the date as "All Souls' Day" (2nd November). For the sake of consistency, they should be brought into line with THIS article, unless there is "good reason" not to !!! Additionally, by now so many people are unfamiliar with the Church calendar (even to the extent of confusing or conflating these two days) that the "ordinary" date (1st/2nd Nov) should also be given, including in this article, for both convenience and clarity. Perhaps somebody can implement these changes? (Heraldica (talk) 14:47, 19 April 2013 (UTC)).Reply

The falcon in fiction

Should a reference be included to the 'Maltese Falcon' - the fictional, golden falcon from novel and movies? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.163.78.104 (talk) 06:47, 22 April 2014 (UTC)Reply
