She is known under various names; it that day and age, people did not have fixed names as they do today. Het first name is given as Trijn, Catrijn or Catharina, the former two being short for the latter. Het last name is variously given as van de Leemput, van Limpen, van Voorn, Voornen or de Berghes ten Essendell. However, she is popularly known as Trijn van de Leemput so this is the best page title.
