The lede is plain wrong
editThe lede says that the name trittys means "third", and is named such because there were three types of regions in each trittys. This is wrong. Each trittys belonged to one of the three regions of Attica. They were called thirds because each of the ten tribes had three of them, specifically one from each of the three regions, that is one from the coastal paralia, one from the inner mesogea, and one from the urban asty. It is the tribe which had pieces of all three regions in it, not the trittys. Imerologul Valah (talk) 22:59, 7 September 2023 (UTC)
