As far as I can tell, there is little information on actual impact, besides limited flooding in a couple of villages. Most of the article appears to be WP:ROUTINE coverage of things that happen with every storm, such as rainfall warnings (not even near the highest level) and government meetings. A peak rainfall total of 94 mm isn't really significant – it's a typical day or two worth of rainfall in the tropics. • Neutral As the creator of this article. Although I saw in the first place that 08W doesn't deserve its own article, 2600:1003:B45D:52D:5CE2:771A:3DE8:1296 (talk) has a point. If the contents will be fully merged on the main (2021 Pacific typhoon season, then how? 08W is being forecasted to become a tropical storm while approaching Hainan-Vietnam; however, it failed. • Support It's mostly details on preparation - most of which would be WP:ROUTINE actions taken by disaster preparedness agencies. The impacts are very minimal, and those can be transferred over to the main article. As for article creation, we create articles for storms which have a definite impact — rarely on meteorological forecast deviations. Wikipedia is a summary of information; it doesn't have to be totally inclusive of all you can find on a subject. As to the "how": Wikipedia project pages always have an answer, WP:MERGE.
