Eras section has multiple issues.

I added the "multiple issues" tag to the recently added "Eras" section, which appears to be added by a single author. In general, the section reads like a review of the show, and consists largely of opinion. It also contains no references whatsoever, but it's hard to find citations for an opinion. That the show's history can be divided in to distinct "eras" is extremely dubious at best, as opposed to there simply being a general and gradual evolution to the show's style. Admittedly, the re-branding from "The Smoking Gun Presents" to "TruTV presents" is arguably one breaking point, but even this "break" is diluted by the fact that all of the episodes before that "break" were subsequently re-edited to reflect the new branding, and even to bring them closer to the new "look and feel" (as well as to convert them to 16x9 formatting). Dividing the group of commentators in to "eras" is extremely dubious, as commentators have come and gone, and in several cases, come back again after a hiatus. My vote, frankly, is to dump this new "Eras" section altogether. It's almost entirely opinion and little, if any, of it is citeable. Fish Man (talk) 21:50, 13 June 2014 (UTC)
