Which came first, the band name Truck or the management company umbrella org Truck Music Ltd.?
editThe group's management company was Magic Management which was a division of Truck Music Ltd., a Toronto based company. See: Billboard, September 30, 1972 - C-51 MM magic management
The group had been around since 1966 but was called Sound Spectrum in the 1960s. In 1970 it was still going by that name. I make it around late 1971 or early 1972 when they were going by the name Truck. The line-up was completely different then.

A comment was posted by Bob Smith at June 22, 2015 • 10:45 PM. He says he played bass guitar with the group Sound Spectrum. The songs played were “All You Know”, What You’re Looking For”, “Goin’ Home”, and “Themes”. They had to get off the stage for Lighthouse. Does anyone have any more info on this fest?
