Citation Needed for states that didn't pass the bill?
editA question about the [citation needed] for the Not Enacted section. There may well be no press coverage for a bill that simply hasn't been introduced in a state, so it may not be possible to prove the bill hasn't been enacted without OR.
By that token, though, perhaps the Not Enacted paragraph should be removed an the Legislation by State section capped with "States that have passed some form of the legislation include:" Morfusmax (talk) 21:34, 11 August 2017 (UTC)
- I added that section as a routine matter to tell the reader what states were not carrying this legislation. The cited number of states with legislation is 34 out of a possible 50, so per WP:CALC the number of states NOT carrying the legislation is 16. I don't think we should erase the list of 16 states as it provides a convenience for the reader. Binksternet (talk) 00:21, 30 August 2017 (UTC)
