I copied/translated from zh:償還 (鄧麗君歌曲) 樂團P!SCO在2015年的〈怎哭了〉則是在旋律上部份取樣〈償還〉.
I tried listen it, though to be honest hard rock is not my cup of tea (no Scorpions (band) please)
I also thought that there is no such tune and only mentioned verbatim lyrics @0:37-1:45 from Changhuan chinese version of Tsugunai both same tune release same year 1984.
But found out P!SCO song at @3:47-4:10 there is same tune from chrous of Tsugunai/Changhuan at the very end.
Chrous tune for linked Japanese is @1:11, Chinese is @1:20 (Chinese music video has slient intro)
Though to be honest hard rock is not my cup of tea (no Scorpions (band) pls) and also had trouble translate "怎哭了" 怎(麼)哭了 that is unusual that has no (麼), as you can see how I changed again and again, seemed like a younger people abridged slang, so I leave what you had changed as it is.
