I am in the process of creating this article, I just put up the first version today. I don't have time to add all of the details, footnotes, and references right now, but I will over the next couple of days.
If anyone edit's it in the meantime, please be sure to include the footnotes and references, because if not, then I won't be sure if my references will cover them or not.
Also, this article could use a good public-domain image of Tucker and/or his family. Also, a public domain image of the CIA's Wall of Honor would be a good addition near the end of the article.
